  • Outside food and drinks are prohibited inside Emirates Park Zoo.
  • Please note that tickets or activities purchased are non-refundable.
  • Feeding the animals is allowed only with animal food purchased from the zoo feeding station. Please do not feed them with any other food.
  • Please do not climb on or cross over any fences or safety barriers.
  • Please do not attempt to tease the animals and avoid throwing rocks, trash, or any items into the animal enclosures.
  • For the Safety and well-being of our animals and Visitors pets are strictly prohibited within the zoo premises.
  • For age verification purposes, visitors may be requested to show a valid ID
  • The timing of activities is subject to availability and the health condition of the animals.
  • The Zoo Zip and Big Climb are for people above 140 cm in height, while the Junior Climb is for kids between 110 cm and 135 cm in height.
  • The Driving Adventure is only for kids aged 6 to 12 years old, with a maximum of two laps per day.
  • For safety reasons, children under the age of twelve must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the safety of their children.
  • Please note that climbing over barriers or reaching into the animal enclosures is strictly prohibited, as it poses a threat to both the animals and visitors.
  • Please obey the instructions of the zoo staff.
  • The zoo staff is authorized to remove visitors who do not comply with the rules of the zoo.
  • By entering the zoo, you agree to comply with the applicable terms and conditions. Please note that any violation may result in penalties.
